4. Can I use more than one reward per visit?
Only one reward can be redeemed per visit, but you can choose when to use it.
5. Do small engine and ATV jobs count too?
Absolutely. Repairs on generators, go-karts, ATVs, and small engines all count toward your Blessed Miles.
6. Do points stay with one vehicle, or can I earn across all my vehicles?
Points follow you, not your vehicle. Whether you have one car or five, or you’re getting work done on your truck, ATV, or generator—all your services count toward your rewards.
📜 Blessed Miles Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 5/21/2025 1. Program Overview The Blessed Miles Rewards Program is offered by Silvers Automotive as a loyalty initiative to thank and reward our repeat customers. By participating in this program, customers agree to the terms below. 2. Eligibility The program is open to all customers of Silvers Automotive. There is no sign-up required; points are tracked automatically. Rewards apply to all qualifying services, including automotive and small engine repairs (e.g., ATVs, generators, go-karts). 3. Earning Points Earn 1 point for every $100 spent before tax on eligible services. Points are rounded down to the nearest hundred (e.g., $199 = 1 point). Bonus points may be earned through: Referrals (+1 point per verified referral) Reviews (+1 point per 5-star review on Google or Facebook) Pre-booking the next service (+1 point) Double Points Promotions (announced during select events) 4. Redeeming Rewards Customers can redeem points for rewards at specific milestones. Only one reward may be redeemed per visit. Rewards must be requested at the time of booking—they cannot be applied after scheduling or retroactively at the time of service. Reward tiers include discounts, service credits, free minor repairs, priority booking, and more. Some credits (e.g., $500 tier) may be limited to $250 per visit. 5. Point Reset Option After reaching 100 points, customers may: Redeem the $1,000 reward and continue earning Or reset their points to zero to restart the rewards cycle from the beginning This reset is optional and must be confirmed with Silvers Automotive. 6. Restrictions Rewards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly approved. Silvers Automotive may adjust or substitute rewards with items of equal or greater value as needed. 7. Tracking & Communication Points are tracked internally by Silvers Automotive. Customers will receive updates periodically and may request their point balance at any time by phone, text, or in person. 8. Program Updates Silvers Automotive reserves the right to: Modify or cancel the program at any time Adjust reward tiers, point values, or eligibility criteria Withhold points or rewards in the event of abuse, misrepresentation, or fraud All changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated directly. 9. Agreement to Terms By continuing to use services with Silvers Automotive, you agree to these terms. If you do not wish to participate in the program, you may opt out by request.
